Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These general terms of use (Terms) govern access to and use of the Voxdub service, available at app.voxdub.com and through the desktop and mobile apps.

2. Registration and account

Using Voxdub requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.

3. Service description

Voxdub is online software for creating rythmo bands and dubbing. The service includes:

• A 7-day free trial giving access to all features (card required, no charge during the trial, cancel anytime)
• A Pro subscription with access to all features (€12.99/month or €99/year), billed at the end of the trial unless cancelled

4. Subscription, payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. The Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Voxdub includes a 7-day free trial: you are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. Because the trial gives full access at no cost, payments are non-refundable once the trial ends and billing begins — this applies to the first charge and all renewals, however purchased. 5. Intellectual property

The Voxdub software, its code, design and content are the exclusive property of Voxdub. You retain full rights to the content you create or import into Voxdub (videos, subtitles, audio recordings).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Voxdub’s systems
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the service
• Import content for which you do not hold the necessary rights

7. Limitation of liability

Voxdub is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Voxdub cannot be held liable for any data loss resulting from improper use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel your subscription at no cost before it takes effect.

10. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of that country.
