Refund Policy

Voxdub offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid any charge.

Because the free trial lets you evaluate the complete product at no cost, we do not offer refunds. Once your trial ends and your subscription payment is charged, that payment and all later renewal payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.

You can cancel at any time from your profile in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not refund current or past periods.

This policy applies to all Voxdub subscriptions, however purchased. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms’ own refund processes.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you expressly asked us to start the service immediately and acknowledged that you lose this right once it begins. You are also entitled to a refund if the service is faulty or not as described. These rights are unaffected by the policy above.
